We documented active and completed sites through high-resolution, professionally structured photography capturing scale, materials, workmanship, and safety standards. We then developed a comprehensive, consultant-ready PQD integrating project visuals with structured capability narratives, credentials, and certifications. A repeatable documentation system was also established to support future tenders.
